💫 Perfume Returns with Scent Cards

This initiative allows you to smell the scent on the card first – and shop without risk.

Since you can test the fragrance on the scent card included in your parcel before opening the perfume, if you don’t like the scent, you may return the item and receive a full refund, following the rules below.


Return Period

If you wish to return a purchased item, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt.


Return via Omniva

(Available only in the Baltic States via the Omniva return service)

The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
A €2 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Omniva Return Instructions

You can return your items to our warehouse using the Omniva return service.

To return via Omniva, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the return form at grazinimai.omniva.lt/parduotuves/amaraan-com
  2. Once the form is completed, you will receive a return code via SMS and email.
  3. Visit the nearest Omniva parcel terminal, select “Send a parcel” → “Shipment with a pre-prepared address card”, enter your return code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Return Using Your Preferred Shipping Method

To start the return process, please contact us at info@amaraan.com and provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Name(s) and quantity of the item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return

To return items using your own preferred shipping method, please send them to the following address:

The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Parcel

If you receive a damaged parcel or product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@amaraan.com, including a detailed description of the issue and supporting photos.
Once the case is confirmed, we will provide a free return shipping label and arrange a replacement or a full refund.


General Return Rules

Refunds are processed to the buyer’s specified bank account within 10 business days from the receipt of the returned parcel.

If payment was made by card, the refund will be issued to the same account through the selected payment system.

When returning items, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • Labels, protective films, and seals must be intact.
  • The item must include all original components and accessories as received.
    (This clause does not apply in cases of defective items)

Each item comes with a supplier’s warranty covering manufacturing defects and other issues not related to normal use or environmental exposure.
