PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES
To respond to your enquiries and retain communication records (to pursue a legitimate interest in effective communication and to avoid disputes related to customer service), the Controller processes the following information:
• When contacting us via the email addresses provided on the website, the Controller processes the email address, email date, time and the content of the correspondence with the Controller’s representative.
• When sending a letter to the Controller’s physical address provided on the website, the Controller processes the sender’s name, surname, address, date of receipt of the letter and the information provided in the letter.
• When contacting the business via Facebook or Instagram social media accounts, the Controller processes the user’s name, surname and the content of the correspondence with the Controller’s representative.
The personal data submitted with enquiries and further correspondence between you and the Controller’s representative will be kept as long as necessary to fulfill the specific request and ensure the Controller’s rights, but no longer than 2 years from the date of receipt.
When submitting an enquiry via Facebook or Instagram, the personal data provided may be disclosed to the administrators of these social networks and other parties with whom the social network operators share personal data. For more information, review the Privacy Policies of Facebook or Instagram.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PURPOSES
To allow each website visitor to register on the site and create a personal account for easier use of the Controller’s services (online store), the Controller processes the following personal data:
• When creating a personal account (during registration on the website), the Controller processes the name, surname, password, email address, birth month and day (optional), registration date and time.
• When logging into the personal account, the Controller processes the user's email address, password, or login details via Facebook or Google, login date and time.
• Data related to orders placed in the online store (history).
• Data related to participation in the Loyalty Programme.
The legal basis for processing personal data is consent to create a personal account.
Both registration and login data are retained for 10 years from your last active action on the website or until the account is deleted by the user.
Data received from orders placed via the online store is retained for 10 years from the end of the purchase agreement.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, PURCHASE AGREEMENT EXECUTION
To conclude and execute a purchase agreement using the Controller’s online store, the Controller processes the following personal data from customers:
• Name, surname, email address, birth month and day (optional), address, contact phone number.
• Information related to the online store order (payment date, selected items, prices, quantities, payment method, other payment information, provided discounts and bank account number).
• Information about the delivery method and location.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the intention to execute a purchase agreement.
If the contract is concluded within a legal entity, the Controller processes the representative’s name, surname, position and representation basis.
The data specified above is retained for 10 years from the end of the purchase agreement.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR REVIEW SUBMISSION AND ADMINISTRATION PURPOSES
Each person who logs into their Amaraan account can leave a review about the services provided and/or products sold by the Controller. When leaving a review, the website will display the reviewer’s name, surname initial and the content of their review. The Controller processes the following personal data when managing reviews:
• Reviewer's name, surname, review date and time and review content.
The legal basis for processing personal data is to submit a review.
Reviews will be visible as long as the product is sold and/or the services are provided, but no longer than 10 years from the date of submission. The reviewer has the right to delete their review at any time by logging into their account or by requesting deletion from the Controller.

DIRECT MARKETING
Each website visitor can subscribe to receive updates about the Controller’s activities, new product offers, promotions, birthday offers and other similar information (for example, subscribing to the newsletter) by entering their email address in the newsletter subscription form on the website.
The legal basis for processing personal data for newsletter subscription is the subscriber’s consent to receive newsletters.
When subscribing to the newsletter via the website, the email address is used solely for sending the newsletter.
Personal data processed for direct marketing purposes will be shared with data processors and marketing service providers.
Subscribers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by requesting removal via email to info@amaraan.com. Personal data for direct marketing purposes is processed for 10 years from the date of subscription. Subscription information (consent to process personal data for direct marketing) is retained for an additional year after the end of the newsletter sending period.
The Controller also occasionally organises various contests, games, surveys or other promotions on the website or social media (collectively known as “contests”). Participation in contests is entirely voluntary; however, depending on the specific contest, the Controller may request participants’ personal data, such as names, surnames, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, nicknames, or other details. This data will be used to administer the contest. The Controller may also use the provided information to communicate with participants or those suggested by participants about the Controller’s services, unless prohibited by the contest rules or applicable law. Accordingly, the Controller may share this information with other service providers according to these Rules and the specific contest rules. After the contest ends, the Controller will process and store the personal data provided by participants only in accordance with the rules of the contest and applicable law.
The Controller may process the personal data collected during contests and surveys, including for marketing purposes, only if expressly specified in the rules of the respective contest or survey and with participants’ consent.

1. Right to Access: You have the right to request confirmation from the Controller as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you have the right to access your personal data and information about how it is processed.
