We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, the following terms and conditions apply:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts.

Return Conditions

  1. Initiating a Return:
    To start the return process, contact us via email at info@amaraan.com. Please provide the following details:

    • Your full name, address, and phone number.
    • Order number and purchase date.
    • The name(s) and quantity of the item(s) to be returned.
    • Reason for the return

  2. Return Requirements:

    • Goods must be in their original condition, with protective films, seals, labels, and original packaging intact.
    • Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, opened, or if safety and hygiene standards have been compromised.
    • You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are at your expense. You may use a shipping method of your choice to return the items to the following address:

    • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please email us at info@amaraan.com with details and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a free return shipping label for the return.

  4. Documentation:
    Include the purchase invoice and a note indicating that the shipment is a return to expedite processing.

  5. Processing Time:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty Claims

After the 14-day return period has expired, returns are no longer accepted. However, you can contact us at info@amaraan.com to address warranty claims or product issues.
